• Documents

Prepare all the documents for your trip.

    • Credit cards: In some cases you should report to the banks that you are going to travel, so they don’t find your purchases as a suspicious activity and block your credit cards.
    • Passports, licenses and identifications: Check the expiration dates of these documents so that you can use them smoothly.
    • Medical cards: Check whether your medical service cards have coverage and know what to do to be prepared.
    • Loyalty cards: If you have miles cards or any kind of plan, prepare them to keep on adding points.
    • Money: If you are bringing cash, check the amounts allowed in the different trips. Distribute your cash in different pockets and be aware of it all the time. Know the rate for ATM withdrawals outside your country.
    • Always have on hand a card or document with contact information of any relative or friend in your country in case of emergency.
    • Travel with a photocopy of your reservations. It is good to organize all the documents in a single email and have it on hand.
    • Search apps for traveling.
  • Baggage

According to our experience, we will show you which items are needed and which aren’t when traveling. It is always good to have some help when packing. We recommend having a carry-on baggage, such as a backpack, to keep always with you, because if the main baggage gets lost for some reason, you will have enough items to be comfortable for a couple of days.
  • Carry-on baggage

For the trip: Documents, pen, pillow, books, maps, tourist guides, eye mask and, on long trips, a sweater to keep yourself warm from the air conditioning of the airplane.
  • Personal items

Essential medicines for headaches or any necessity you consider appropriate to anticipate.

Hand sanitizer, prescription glasses or sunglasses.

Remember that airlines don’t allow some items in the carry-on baggage. Check the list before boarding the airplane, since the prohibited items will be retained and you will lose them for sure.
  • Electronic devices

Cell phone: Check if your operator allows you to have an international plan or the possibility to buy a prepaid card at your destination to be able to have a data plan and make calls.

Cell phone charger, tablet and charger, headphones, camera with free memory to save pictures.
  • Personal hygiene bag

If you are carrying this bag inside your suitcase, you should bear in mind the applying regulations. Check the most common items for both carry-on and checked baggage. TSA
